One option for in class education is Pro Makeup the school of Professional Makeup. This school consists of different several different courses that all stretch out over approximately a month each. The idea behind this type of schooling is to let you obtain the full education or a only what you need, along with being flexible so you can start a program when you are able to. There is a part time program, which runs at night, and a full time program, which runs throughout the days. The full time program costs roughly $24,000.00, and the part time is about $16,000.00. “Our instructors are professional makeup artists currently working in the industry.” (Closs, 2011). This is a route I would suggest for anybody who wants to learn the art but does not have the funds for a major school. The price is still a bit high, but it costs less than the Blanch Macdonald Centre or Complections.
